Policy
1. Scheduling and Booking: All consultations must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments can be made via credit card, Zelle, or cash 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. 3. Consultation Duration: Each initial in-home consultation lasts approximately 60-90 minutes. Additional time beyond the scheduled consultation may be billed at an hourly rate. 4. Safety and Environment: The training environment should be safe and free from distractions. Ensure that all necessary equipment (leash, collar, treats) is available before the trainer arrives. Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. 5. Training Plan and Follow-up: A customized training plan will be developed during the consultation. Clients will receive a customized training plan based on goals and breed. Follow-up sessions can be scheduled as needed based on the training plan. 6. Liability: Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages caused during the consultation. The training company and its trainers are not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the pet before, during, or after the consultation. 8. Confidentiality: All personal information and training details are kept confidential and used solely for training purposes. 9. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the consultation, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss your concerns.
